Private appointments are in high demand. When your appointment is booked, you are allocating a slot under our clinician’s diary, which will no longer be available to any other patients.

If you urgently need to cancel your appointment, we politely request at least 48 hours’ notice, to enable us to offer the appointment slot to another patient.

Cancelling a Drivers medical appointment entitles you to a 100% refund with a deduction of £12 administration fee

Cancelling a Covid-19 PCR appointment entitles you to a 100% refund with a deduction of £24 administration fee

Cancelling a Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Lateral Flow Test entitles you to a 100% refund with a deduction of £8 administration fee

Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund

If you do not attend your appointment without cancelling, you will not receive a refund.

We are happy to hold your 100% of fees on account for up to 12 months for you to use against another service.
