We operate an appointment system from 15 minutes consultations with doctors and up to 30 minutes with a special consultants.

Appointments must be booked in advance although same day appointments are sometimes available. 

We do not have an accident and emergency department. If you require urgent care you will need to go directly to your local hospital or call emergency services on 999.

You can book your appointment online 24hours a day, 7 days a week at your convenience via our online booking system or during opening hours on 01908 309290.

Payment will be taken when you book your appointment both online, or over the phone. Please ensure you have your card details at hand. click here to see our payment details for full information.

If you are late for your appointment you may not be seen. This could then result in you losing your money and you would need to re book another appointment which will be chargeable.
